Moment Leader Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. About this Policy

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP“) applies to, and governs the conduct of, anyone who accesses and uses the momentLeader AI-powered coaching application, whether on desktop or mobile application (“App“).  The App is owned and operated by Moment Leader Pty Ltd (“Moment Leader”, “we“, “us” or “our“).

1.2 This Policy applies to all individual users of the App (“you”), whether you access the App through an enterprise subscription arranged by your employer or organisation, or through any other means. Your access to the App may be facilitated by our related entities or licensees who are authorised by us to do so.

2. What the App Is (and Is Not)

2.1 Moment Leader provides the App as a leadership development and reflection tool. The App uses reflection prompts, nudges, and coaching responses generated by artificial intelligence technologies (“AI”) to help users build self-awareness, explore everyday leadership moments, and strengthen leadership capabilities over time.

2.2 The App uses generative AI, combined with our Moment Leader methodology, to interpret, understand, identify patterns in, and make sense of the content you submit in the App in order to generate responsive prompts, questions, chats, insights and guidance tools for you as use our App.

2.3 It’s important that you know that our App:

2.3.1 should not be relied on or used as the sole basis for any decision or as a substitute to replace your judgement or decision making. You should always use your own judgement when considering the responses from the App;

2.3.2 is based on research and leading practices, but it only provides information of a general nature and is not a substitute for professional advice, regardless of how authoritative, specific, or confident any Output may appear. You should always seek the guidance of a healthcare professional with any questions you have regarding your health or the health of anyone else;

2.3.3 may address your thoughts and feelings, however, it does not diagnose or treat mental health or other medical or psychological conditions and nothing provided to you through the App constitutes therapy, medical advice, psychological support or crisis intervention;

2.3.4 uses frontier models, such as large language models, that are still improving in accuracy, reliability and safety. This means sometimes the App may produce outputs that are inaccurate or incomplete, or that are not suited to your specific situation; and

2.3.5 may contain links to third party sites or applications (“External Sites”). External Sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content of any External Sites. Where we provide links to any External Sites, it does so for your convenience only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any recommendation or endorsement of the External Sites by us. You visit External Sites entirely at your own risk.

2.4 You are responsible for how you use the App and any decisions or actions you take based on any content generated by the App. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs for accuracy, relevance and completeness before using or relaying on them. You acknowledge and agree that: (1) we do not guarantee any specific results and are not responsible for the outcomes or decisions made by you based on your use of the App or any Output; and (2) you accept the risk of using and relying on the App or any Output.

2.5 If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or any situation requiring urgent support, contact emergency services or a medical or licensed professional immediately. If you are in Australia and need immediate support, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.
